Shipping and delivery

-All orders are processed within 2-7 working days.

-Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.

-No partial delivery so the customer has to be accurate in choosing the size as the whole order has to be taken.

Exchanges

– exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won’t be processed.

– Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.

– Incase the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

– Returns are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.

– In case our product has manufacture problem we will pay the shipping fees.

– Refunds take 3-5 working days to process after the item is picked up.

-Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged.
